Dr. Rosana G. Moreira is a Professor and Assistant Department Head of the Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department of Texas A&M University. Dr. Moreira got her undergraduate from UNICAMP, and Master and PhD degrees from Michigan State University, USA. Dr. Moreira’s groundbreaking research in applications of alternative nonthermal technologies has improved quality and safety of fresh produce.
